Want to try one of the biggest fitness trends? The Pilates Reformer is a versatile piece of equipment that allows you to work your whole body. The Reformer can be set up to support your body to make a movement easier to do & to resist your body, making the movement more challenging. Our Reformer classes can help improve your core stability, body awareness, posture, balance, strength, stamina, flexibility, respiratory health & manage stress levels. Our 6 week beginner's course will guide you through: - How the Reformer works & how to change the settings in a group class. - How to safely move on, off & around the reformer. - Exercises for your core, upper body, lower body, spine, balance, posture & strength. - Staring with basic movements & gradually building up to more difficult & strenuous exercises.
Cancellation Policy
We operate a 24 hours cancellation policy. Any class or session cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged in full.
